STARDUST is the eighteen piece Big Band which performs music ranging from the Big Band Era to the modern sounds of today. Their library of more than 200 songs includes Latin, Rock, Waltzes and Jump Swing, and arrangements from Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman and Woody Herman. The membership of this dynamic group consists of musicians from many areas of Arkansas, all of whom aspire to the highest level of musicianship and are dedicated to the perpetuation of the "Big Band" sound. Stardust specializes in music for dances and special occasions.
